The weather was nice for some of it, so I took the opportunity to put in the last of my spuds and put in and net the cabbage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/dig1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/dig1.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/dig2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/dig2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/dig3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/dig3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>As you can see, the soil was dry on the surface, but quite moist underneath. It wasn&#8217;t hard to dig it, but it wasn&#8217;t easy either.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/cab1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/cab1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Now that the cabbage are fully netted I can relax a bit, except for the watering, which I will have to do most nights until they are well set.<\/p>\n<p>I also took some time to check on the onions.
