The seasons seem to have rolled into one this year.

These ducks usually come into a friend’s garden at this time of the year. They are looking for food rather than a swim in the rather small pond you can see here.

She had a lot of chicks again, though two are missing from when they were first spotted.

I spent some time late last year getting rid of leaves and using the ash for compost.

My watering can has seen better days, but it has no holes, so I think it is probably good for a few more years yet.
