Another turntable this time at the other end of the line. I’m told this was an old stone quarry line.

It is nice to see a station called The Green. All stations should be green and pleasant, but they are usually concrete and stone.

Being able to turn a train seems almost silly. They are supposed to go up and down and that is it. Yet it seems a logical process to be at the front of a train when it is moving. I never saw the merit of a loco pushing the train in front of it – how can you see danger?!
