This is generally used to frighten off the Heron, but it doesn’t always work.

This cat belongs to a friend. It was very friendly too.

Here are my day lilies. They are so beautiful when they come out and then they are suddenly gone. Sad but memorable when it happens.

Here are the water lilies I have been cultivating for years. They are now very strong each year.

I couldn’t resist taking some evocative pictures of the lilies.

I think the honeysuckle is coming along this year. It has grown up the arch quite well. It makes a good entrance to the garden.

I’ve seen more bees this year than before. That’s pleasing.
